Order Process
You can commission me either through vgen or my commission form !

Communication and boundaries

Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns! All communication from client to artist must remain semi- professional. Unless you’re a repeating client, mutual or good friend, I’d appreciate it if you only used our dms to discuss your commission or any inquiries. But don’t feel like you can’t express yourself~ I want to make sure my clients feel comfortable and welcome with me <3Note: if you’re rude, disrespectful in any way, or threaten me you will be permanently blocked and blacklisted as a client. That also applies if you try to scam me for free art.

All prices are listed in USD onlyMethod of Payment
All payment is either through PayPal or vgen. You can request a payment plan if the order is $300-$350+ (no longer than a month, negotiable)Refund Policy
Once I enter the sketch phase you cannot request a refund. The only time you can request a refund or partial refund is if I fail to deliver the order 15+ days after the deadline ended (does not include my request to move the deadline up) or a If I fail to deliver the piece on time, when a rush fee was paid. (refund policy is negotiable upon a reasonable request)Note: If you’re rude, disrespectful, threaten me, or try to scam me you will absolutely not be given a refund.Additional Fees
If you want your commission to be finished by a certain date, a 85% rush fee will be applied to your order. If you commission a bigger piece (half body, fullbody, fullbody+ background, etc) you can only request a rush fee up to 2-3 weeks minimum. For smaller orders like chibis or icons you can request 1-1.5 weeks minimum.

Work Process:

For smaller pieces, the start to finish time ranges between 5-20 business days. For bigger pieces it ranges from 20-80+ business days.Updates
You will receive an update from me every 1-3 weeks! (depending on how big the commission is) If it takes 4+ weeks for you to receive an update, don’t hesitate to shoot me a message!

Rights:

Personal Use
For your personal usage ONLY. You can use it as a pfp, banner, set it as a personal wallpaper, or print it to put on your wall. All I ask is to be properly credited if you decide to use it publicly!Commercial Use
You can use it the same way as explained in personal use + for streaming, merchandise, etc. The only thing I ask is to be properly credited! (50%-100% fee may apply)Editing
You can add color changing filters but putting AI filters on the piece or physically altering/ changing the piece in any way shape or form is PROHIBITED and will get you blacklisted from commissioning me in the future. If I missed something or if you realized you wanted something slightly altered after it has been delivered PLEASE don’t hesitate to reach out!
I will fix it for you <3AI/NFT
Feeding my art into AI or selling it to crypto, bitcoin, NFT or any other kind of currency is PROHIBITED. Stealing my art or claiming it as yours in general will get you blocked and punched in the face with a DMCA, so don’t even try! :)

Hello little sea stars~ I’m Lynn, also known as Lynnie or starryoc3an! I am a digital/ traditional artist and soon to be vtuber~ I mainly post personal work about my oc’s or commissions but sometimes I like to draw darker pieces that ties to my struggles and emotions irl.

!! TW// MENTION OF DEPRESSION, SUICIDE, SH, MENTAL HEALTH!!For a majority of my life I was bullied and outcasted, art was my only outlet and escape from my cruel reality. I started drawing at the age of 3 and ever since then I kept drawing and drawing. When I realized that my art brought joy to others around me I knew right then what I wanted to do with my future. I wanted to continue drawing and get better at it so I could put even more smiles on people’s faces, including my own.
However, when I was in 4th grade I was diagnosed with depression. I struggled to draw and lost a lot of motivation because I would have severe depressive episodes all the time. In middle school I started to develop severe schizophrenia due to a significant amount of stress, anxiety, and continued bullying. The bullying got so bad that I would purposely lie about not feeling well, throw up, make myself sick, etc in order to leave school early. Which is why my comfort song is nurses office by Melanie Martinez because it expressed similar themes I went through growing up. It went on from 3rd grade, all the way up through high school. During my freshman year my mental state was severely unstable and in October of 2023 I was admitted to the hospital because I tried to commit. (Which unfortunately was not my first attempt prior to that incident) After that I got into therapy and it has helped me grow a lot as a person! Later in 2024 I was diagnosed with PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder) after I had a severe episode where I ended up SH & struggled with it, which lasted about a year (in 2025). I am currently medicated for my disorder and take extra vitamins, which has significantly helped my mental state and overall mood! I successfully overcame my addiction, but the only thing that stuck with me were my regrets and the faded scars I have. Even so, I have learned to love those scares as it is still a part of me.
I got baptized in mid 2024 but I truly started dedicating my life to Jesus Christ in late 2025- early 2026. I experienced a lot of spiritual warfare and seasons of loneliness during the course of last year but I know God is always with me and with His help & guidance I know things will get better for me! My story is just beginning and I couldn’t have done it with out God, my family, friends, and supporters here! I want to continue my art journey and my goal is to share that with my friends and followers. Although I cannot change my past, the only thing I can do is look forward and create a better future for myself 💗Thank you for taking the time to read my story!

⊹ ࣪ ˖ My love for the ocean ˖ ࣪ ⊹

I’m not particularly sure when my love for the ocean developed, but for as long as I could remember I was obsessed with it. My room was ocean themed for the longest time & at some point I even wanted to become a mermaid. When I first visited the beaches in Florida with my family I instantly fell in love. There is something so calming about the ocean that I can’t really explain, but it puts me at peace. I love collecting seashells whenever I can and I hope to one day live by the beach! One thing I love about my irl name is that translated, it means of the sea or daughter of the sea~ which makes me love it even more! Which is why my main oc, Aquamarine, is a mermaid! She’s named after my birthstone and inspired by the main character in the 2006 movie Aquamarine!
For a long while I experimented with other aesthetics and sort of stepped away from the ocean aesthetic but in the summer of 2021 my best friend @moonbunni helped me rekindle my love for the ocean and I’ve stuck with it ever since, and I don’t think I’ll ever change that🩵
